Star Wedding Theme.

I am grateful to my daughter for inspiring me in this theme, by the constant singing of her favourite song, Twinkle Twinkle Little Star !

A Binary Star system is 2 stars locked in elliptical orbit around their centre of mass.
This is a bit like Marriage centred around joined love.

A Constellation is a group of stars that when seen from Earth form a pattern.
This is a bit like your bridal party, who form a pattern to be your support.

A Galaxy is a huge group of stars, dust, gas and other celestial bodies brought together by gravitational
forces.
These are your guests brought together to share in the celebration of your love.

To set the scene for your wedding, a midnight blue,black  or silver colour scheme would fit best.
This could be brought through in suits, kilt hire, bridesmaid dresses, table linens.

Subtle lighting could be used to give the impression of a moonlit sky and many twinkle lights could be used.
In a marquee situation, draping of twinkle lights from the roof could provide a night sky atmosphere.
Consider having a light curtain for behind your top table.
Consider the "Stargazer Lily" as part of your floristry.
Your cake could have a simple star cake topper, or be covered by many fondant stars.
Star table confetti or table diamonds could be used to follow through the twinkliness on your tables.
Table names could be names of individual stars or constellations.

A star pattern could be incorporated into stationary - Invitations, menu's , placecards, order of service, thank you cards and Guest book.
